Languages / Limitations:
The published internet sites are generally based on the German language, but it is planned to make the texts of the main topics available in the four official Swiss languages (German, French, Italian, Rhaeto-Romansh), as well as in English.

Creating music on the basis of German differs fundamentally from working with Romance languages and verses.

The Greek and Latin terms indicate that poetry has its source in ancient versification principles. They have been preserved in Romance countries and enjoyed their revival especially during the Renaissance.

In classical languages, the syllable length (long and short syllables) is important. This system works with quantitative meters.
In Romance languages, syllable counting is important. This system works with a syllabic principle.
In German - as in English - the main focus lies on the alternation of stressed and unstressed syllables, the so-called dynamic accent.

On the basis of these facts, the common and the differing aspects of the process of "the influence of language and verse in music" are outlined and developed for the German language. Unfortunately, an analogue adaptation to the Romance national languages can not be provided (yet).
